Kveda is a voice dictation app that can run locally on your own device. The app is provided and operated by Softify Labs, CVR 34413037.

Kveda is sold as a subscription that you can take out either monthly or yearly. Both subscriptions give access to every feature in the app.

The current prices are always shown on our pricing page. All prices are shown including VAT: 98.75 kr per month or 1,066.50 kr per year, equal to 79 kr per month or 853 kr per year excluding VAT.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it.

Payment is handled securely by our payment partner Stripe. We do not store your card details ourselves.

Once your payment goes through, you receive a licence key by email. You paste it into the app once, and Kveda renews it automatically for as long as your subscription is active.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, Kveda runs to the end of the period and then stops. There is no lock-in and no fees for cancelling.

You cancel by writing to [email protected] or via the link included with your receipt.

As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, counted from the day you enter the agreement.

Kveda is digital content. When you start using the app, we ask for your express prior consent to begin delivery, and you acknowledge at the same time that your right of withdrawal lapses once you begin using the digital content.

If you withdraw before you start using the app, we refund the full amount. Write to [email protected] and we will sort it out.

With an active subscription you get a personal, non-exclusive right to use Kveda. You may not resell, rent out or share your licence key with others.

You are responsible for what you dictate and write with the app.

We work to keep Kveda stable and accurate, but the app is provided as is. To the extent Danish law allows, we cannot be held liable for indirect loss, lost work or consequential damage arising from use of the app.

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms if the app or the law changes. We give notice of material changes by email or in the app in good time before they take effect.

The agreement is governed by Danish law.

If you are unhappy, we would prefer to hear it directly at [email protected] so we can find a solution. If we cannot resolve it, you can complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg (forbrug.dk).
